Avery Mehlhorn
Avery is one of the few seniors joining us on this trip, having completed her major in Business. Hailing from Southern Maine, she grew up with an interest in art and was the constant oddball, spending hours alone exploring the woods and creating fairy houses. Now, about 15 years later she has pursued her interest in photography to Egypt. Here she hopes to incorporate her artistic voice with contemporary Egypt and to accurately reflect its culture and people. During her final semester at Northeastern this fall she will return to Boston to complete her minor in Graphic Design.
